OUR CLASSES

Seniors Circuit: offers a combination of resistance, cardiovascular, balance, and mobility exercises to improve overall health and fitness – all ages welcome

Gentle Movers: designed for beginners or those at risk of falling. With focus on balance, mobility, flexibility, leg strength, posture and gait.

Zumba: perfect for beginners or those who may need a little more guidance. These classes are performed at a slower pace and lower intensity than your typical Zumba class.

Each of our Classes cost $10 / session or you can purchase an 11 pack for $110 in which we can provide you with an invoice to claim back on your private health fund.

In this consultation we will:

  • Identify and discuss your exercise and health goals
  • Complete a detailed medical and musculoskeletal history
  • Asses current exercise and lifestyle behaviours
  • Review your current fitness status

From this detailed assessment, we will:

  • Establish key strategies that are practical, achievable, and specific to your goals
  • Create an individualised exercise plan that is personalised to fit your lifestyle
  • Provide relevant health education
  • Recommendation regarding follow-up consultations and engagement with other allied health professionals if required
