Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists are university qualified professionals who specialise in the assessment, treatment, and management of people with or who are at risk of developing chronic disease. We assess people of all ages and exercise capabilities and work closely with doctors, specialists and other health professionals.

We are the longest standing Exercise Physiology Practice who have been servicing the Forster Tuncurry Region since 2013.

Meet our Team

Katie Tuck
Owner and Director of Forster Tuncurry Rehabilitation, Katie is a born and bred local girl. With a Bachelor Degree of Sport and Exercise Science and a Masters Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology her passion is helping members of the community improve their quality of life. Katie has over 10 years experience working as an Exercise Physiologist in Forster Tuncurry and enjoys working with the ageing population to delay the process of ageing to maintain independence and has a strong interest in all areas of womens health.

Katrina Blain
Katrina is a local Bulahdelah girl, growing up in the area and now working locally with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation. Katrina has been working in the industry since 2018 and has worked with clients of all varieties. Katrina has a passion to improve people’s quality of life by helping them move the best they can. Whether this includes injury rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, management of a chronic condition, old age, veteran care or disability management, Katrina has extensive experience with all.

Jake Hodges
Jake is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with experience working across all health domains. Jake has always held a passion for health & fitness, which led him to start his journey as a personal trainer back in 2014. Since undertaking university studies in 2016, achieving a Bachelor of Health Science (exercise) and a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology, Jake has held a passion for working with chronic disease and injury rehabilitation, enjoying the challenges and complexity bring an AEP has to offer.
